- My most important design project: Designing for yourself is always the most difficult, especially when you're your own biggest critic. For this very reason, I gave myself two years to plan our wedding. I knew I would want ample time to perfect my vision, but since I was my own client, I procrastinated until the last 6 months! I spent many hours (with a few nervous breakdowns in between) creating a romantic, yet still slightly edgy vibe that suited us both as a couple. Once I had the vision in my head, it all just came together!
- What did I design?: Invitations, wax seal stamp, ceremony backdrop, chair decals, calligraphy on seating chart mirror, menus, table numbers, watercolour + calligraphy place cards, donut wall with hand cut lettering and favour stickers.
- Special Credits: Table runners were made by my awesome mom with fabric that I sourced and my unusually handy husband Peter created all the concrete votive holders because I became obsessed with them, but did not want to pay $35/piece on Etsy!
